The design of the Beacon Properties site played a crucial role in influencing my creative direction. Its clean, contemporary aesthetic and use of soft, neutral tones helped me craft a portfolio that feels both modern and approachable. The spacious layout and balanced use of white space inspired me to prioritise clarity and structure in my own design. The subtle, sophisticated accents throughout the site informed my approach to creating a visually appealing yet functional experience.

In particular, the way the Beacon Properties website uses hints of blue to evoke growth and trust was something I mirrored in my portfolio. I employed a similar approach, using accent colours to emphasise key content and create a cohesive, inviting visual journey that leads the viewer naturally through the portfolio. It was fun incorporating elements that visualises properties such as the blue door.
